From the direction Groningen
-Take the A7, exit onto the N33 towards Veendam / Assen
- Take the N33 exit Veendam (not Veendam North!)
- End of exit turn right
- At the first traffic lights and over the bridge.
- At the roundabout take the first exit
- After the railway on the roundabout
- You are now on the Transportweg. De Romein is on the right.
From the direction Assen
- Take the N33 exit Veendam / Pekela
- End of exit turn left
- At the traffic lights continue straight ahead to
- After you have passed the bridge, take the first exit on the roundabout
- After the railway on the roundabout.
- You are now on the Transportweg. De Romein is on the right.
From Duitsland/Winschoten
- Take the A7, exit onto the N33 towards Veendam / Assen.
- At the end of the exit turn left
- Take the N33 exit Veendam (not Veendam North!)
- End of exit turn right
- At the first traffic lights and over the bridge.
- At the roundabout take the first exit
- After the railway on the roundabout
